The dye information I put together is posted. It’s pretty basic, but I will add more info as time permits.
I added a gallery to the site. All members of the guild should be able to upload to a gallery. It took me a while to get it working (I really hope it’s working). Please let me know if you have trouble with it.
I plan to add some information on spinning in the next couple of weeks.
Blessings,
Leofrun

Thanks!
I can’t seem to find where I upload stuff….
I added you as a contributer to the website. That may help.
Ok, I can’t get it to work. I’m going to look for another gallery plug-in.
You should have a gallery section at the bottom of your admin page now so you can add a gallery. Let me know if you don’t see it.
I’m not seeing it.
ooh! got it now!
Sweet! I finally got it working!
I couldn’t get the uploader to work for a while when I was working on my gallery. Clicking the disable flash uploader button made it work. Unfortunately, you have to add files to the upload list one at a time.
I’ve made two galleries. I don’t know how to link them to the menu though.
Humm, don’t know if you can right now. I’ll link them real quick. If I find a way to make it so you can link them, I’ll let you know.
Will there be dues for this guild?
Nope
Cool.
Also, I was thinking about learning how do spin, wanna do an article on it?
I’m working on one. It’s just about finished, and I hope to publish it tomorrow.
If you would like to learn how to spin, there’s some pretty good instructions at http://www.joyofhandspinning.com/. If you are looking for a book, I recommend Start Spinning by Maggie Casey. Maggie is an awesome teacher.
Eventually, I want to make some instructional videos to post on the website.
I’ve been looking at some drop spindles online. I’ll probably order one after payday. I’ll need to get some wool to practice with.
I’ll dig through my wool and see if I have any corriedale, BFL, or a suitable blend that I can send your way. I have a ton of merino, but it’s kind of tough to spin when you first start. The fibers are kind of short and slippery.
Sweet!
btw, I put up a new pic of my current knitting project.
