Hello Sacerdas!

Welcome to the new homepage for the Sacerdhad. This post will soon be replaced with an eloquent an informative intro to the purpose of our group, but for now I do have something important to share with the students in the Weobedthegn training program:

As I have gone through the current program to see what should stay and what should go, it has come to me that we probably have too much literary regurgitation of the body of lore– i.e. too many “papers”. So:

I want you to finish and submit whatever paper you are working on now. Then, I would like you to put together a ritual template for Eostre choice, and submit it as a demonstration of praxis. And then of course, perform the ritual.

Then, you will find an exam in the Download Repository on this site. Go ahead and download it, fill it out and email it to me. For Dale, Anna, Siggy and Jack, this will be the end of the Weofodthegn program. You can take the clergy oath and be ordained following this assignment.

For Eosin, Valgrind and Brun (did I forget someone?) I will want ONE more God or Thew paper, and then you can do the same. I am getting a grip on your experience levels, and at this point a few more derivative essays on the thews aren’t going to teach you a whole lot more. :-) If you have QUESTIONS ask me. I believe that all that is taught is false, and all that is learned is true. So you guys let me know what you might be unclear on and we will tackle those items before you are ordained.
